Most of you that have known me for anytime at all know that I am not one to do a lot of self-promotion. However, over the last year and a half with the Lord’s direction and help I have been blessed to have the opportunity to release a number of resources that I believe can be powerfully beneficial to other members of the Body of Christ. I want to take just a few minutes to tell you a little about each of them. 

My most recent release is a collection of short stories that have been called modern day parables or fables.

While some of these stories are very clear and direct in their messages, others require more thought and consideration. Many of these tales have both surface and deeper messages hidden within if one will only take the time and effort to search for them. As you read each of these tales, I hope you will find yourself taken into each story and with each word, sentence and paragraph you will find yourself connecting with the characters and each one’s experiences. It is my desire that each story will come alive and you will not only envision the scenes, but feel the story as if you were another character within it.

Simply put my hope and prayer in putting this journal together is to help those who use it to grow deeper and closer in their relationship with the Lord. In addition, I firmly believe that part of His plans and purposes for us is for us to be watchmen on the wall and warriors that take a stand and take back all that the enemy has stolen. Through the pages, I also hope and pray that as you grow in this discipline, you will grow in understanding, insight, skill and wisdom in wielding the weapon of prayer for the advancement of the Kingdom of our Lord.

Making positive self-affirmations has been a longstanding pillar of positive psychology anf=d the “self-help” industry. However, what we believe and say about ourselves can only go so far.  “The Voice of Truth” is a 31 day journal that invites readers to pause and consider the “Truth” that God has to say about them in His Word. My hope is that you embark upon this adventure with an open mind and heart, and that as you realize and apply what “The Voice of Truth” your life will be transformed as you grasp the true revelation of who you are in the Lord. Then as your life is transformed by this revelation, then you can become a light that shines in the darkness impacting those around you that are struggling with these issues.

“Affirm-itude” – AFFIRM-atiions and Grat-ITUDE is defined as the personal recognition and acknowledgement of the positive attributes character and accomplishments within and the beauty and wonder of the world without, The “Affirm-itude Journal” is a daily journey that challenges the reader to take a closer look at who they really are and thus recognizing and acknowledging the GOOD that resides there. The more one focuses on seeing the positive, the more we are able to see it. Likewise, the reader is challenged to make the choice to see things around them in their lives in a more positive light and take on a more grateful attitude. The hope is that this adventure once embarked upon will be continued moving forward as the reader’s perspective of themselves and the world is changed.
