Just a reminder, there will not be a Revival Watch in person or FB Live for this week, Saturday, November 9th. However, I do ask that at some point over the weekend that you take just a few minutes to follow and read the two posts that I have linked below. As I have said in them, while we, by the Lord’s hand l, did win a GREAT victory in the elections, it is just one of many battles to be fought. Yes, electing the man that we did will help make strides towards our country being back to and better than it was. There is so much more that can not be fixed with policies and laws. All will require much prayer; others will require us to get our hands dirty and do or say something in the real and practical world. The true change will come when our Gracious Heavenly Father sends a fresh wave of the outpouring of His Holy Spirit. When that true revival comes, the hearts of ALL men will be turned to the Father, and the Son will be recognized and glorified.
So let us lift up a shout of praise and a song of thanksgiving for our triumph in the election, but let us not deceive ourselves to believe that the battle is over or that the work is completed. In reality, the fighting is just getting started, and great is the work that lies ahead.
In addition to the post mentioned above which are linked as pdf (Adobe Reader) files that can be easily downloaded and printed here are some additional scriptures I encourage you to read, meditate on and pray through over the weekend.
One final thought, PLEASE take a moment to say a prayer of thanks for those who fought and paid the ultimate price of their lives for the freedoms that we have. Also, please lift up the families and other loved ones of these brave men and women – that the Lord would bless and comfort them as they as well remember those they have lost.
We can’t wait to join you all again, until then,
I pray that you will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country and
that you will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out.

2 Chronicles 7:14-15
[14] if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. [15] Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place.
1 Thessalonians 2:19
[19] For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes? Is it not you?
Psalms 33:18
[18] But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love,
Ephesians 6:10-18
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
[11] Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. [12] For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. [13] Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. [14] Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, [15] and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. [16] In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. [17] Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. [18] And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
2 Corinthians 10:3-5
[3] For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. [4] The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. [5] We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
James 2:14, 18, 26
[14] What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them?
[18] But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.” Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds.
[26] As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.
Matthew 18:19-20
“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
