[4] I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given you in Christ Jesus, [5] that in everything you were enriched in Him, in all speech and all knowledge, [6] just as the testimony concerning Christ was confirmed in you, [7] so that you are not lacking in any gift, as you eagerly await the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ, [8] who will also confirm you to the end, blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. [9] God is faithful, through whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. 1 Corinthians 1:4-9
Father, words can not express the praise and gratitude that I have for your blessing of putting these brothers and sisters in my life. I thank you for their friendship, encouragement, support, and love. I thank you for the gift of your amazing grace which you have so generously poured out on us. Your grace that is so rich and bountiful and so much more than “sufficient” in our times of trials, trouble and temptation. I pray that you continue to make them rich in the presence and anointing of the Holy Spirit who fills them with all wisdom and understanding in the knowledge of You. You have said that we will “know the truth” and “the Truth will set us free.” I pray that these dear ones would recognize and declare that YOU are “The Truth” and they will be your witnesses to all that you have done in their lives. Lord, I pray that you will bless them with every spiritual gift that they will need as they walk in this world as strangers and aliens. May their lives be a radiant light and reflection of your love, holiness, joy and peace that draw others to yourself. Father, I humbly thank you for your precious Son, whom you sent to live among us. He who lived a perfect and sinless life so that as your Word says “He became sin for us so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” I thank I praise you that these my friends and siblings NOW stand blameless and without blemish in your sight thanks to your great mercy and grace. Father, you are FAITHFUL and TRUE, you are not a man that you can lie. You remain faithful, even when we are faithless. You even give us the gift of faith so that we can believe in and receive your grace. Finally, I thank you that you have called us into fellowship with you and with the Son. That we are no longer enemies and strangers, but we are now brothers and sisters with you as our gracious and loving Heavenly Father. We are humbled to acknowledge that because of what Jesus our Lord and Savior completed, and by your great mercy and grace, we now sit with Him and your mighty right hand.
Precious Father, I pray all these things for each an every individuals that reads this prayer. I pray that even as they read it, they will experience and realize your everpresent presence in a tangible unforgettable way. Your have said if we pray according to your will we will have all that we ask. Father, I have prayed these things according to your Word, and thus, believe it to be in your will. Thus, I thank you now in faith knowing that we will receive all that you have promised.
I pray all this the mighty and matchless name that is above every other name, JESUS our Lord and Saviour,
AMEN
